ANTIFREEZE RECYCLING

Gulf Coast Filters offers the most cost effective and easy to use Antifreeze Recycling System on the market. We developed the machine, but the Alabama Army National Guard developed the procedure to make it simple to operate and user friendly. The GCF filter system is air operated for safety.

To use the procedure developed by the Alabama National Guard you will need the following items: 

STEP 1
Use GCF filtering system to circulate clean the used 55 gallons of antifreeze. (8Hours)

STEP 2
Dip test strip in filtered antifreeze to indicate how much DCA-4 Additive is needed.

STEP 3
Check freeze point and add sufficient amount of new coolant until proper freeze point is achieved.

STEP 4
Pump treated antifreeze into 55-gallon drum marked "Ready for Use"

The Alabama Army National Guard has a program which will allow the shops throughout their state to bring their contaminated antifreeze to the CSMS at one central location and the CSMS will give the shop recycled antifreeze to bring back to their location for use.
